A Visionary Leader in Culinary Innovation
Nora Jain is the Co-Founder and COO of Gourmet Chefs, LLC and Tabla Franchise LLC., and the visionary behind the Tabla Restaurant Brand. With a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from Arizona State University, Nora combines her technical expertise with a deep passion for the culinary arts.
The Birth of Tabla
Nora’s entrepreneurial journey began in July 2008, when she co-founded Tabla Bar and Grill. Despite the demands of raising a six-month-old baby boy and a two-year-old girl, she managed to transform Tabla into a beloved local favorite. The restaurant’s success was immediate, thanks to its unique blend of Indian, Chinese, and Thai cuisines. Under Nora’s leadership, Tabla also became a preferred catering service for prestigious venues like Fountaine Bleau, Ritz Carlton, and Four Seasons.
Balancing Family and Ambition
During the early years, Nora was not focused on expansion. Instead, she was committed to raising her children and managing Tabla, while also assisting her husband, Anshu, with his various investments and businesses. This period laid the foundation for her deep understanding of balancing personal and professional responsibilities.

Strategic Rebranding and Expansion
In 2015, Nora rebranded Tabla Bar and Grill to Tabla (Indian, Chinese, and Thai), in response to changing industry trends. This strategic move spurred new growth and excitement among patrons. By 2019, she was ready to expand further, opening Tabla Winter Park in 2020, followed by Tabla Lake Nona in 2021, and Tabla Oviedo on the Lake in 2022.

Nora has always envisioned a nationwide presence for Tabla. In 2023, she began working with franchise development companies and regulators to register Tabla as a nationwide franchisor. Her commitment to innovation and excellence ensures that franchisees will carry forward the same passion and dedication that have made Tabla a success.

With over 18 years of entrepreneurial experience and 15+ years in the food and beverage industry, Nora has transformed Tabla from a standalone local favorite into a brand with multiple locations and nationwide reach. With four thriving locations, a successful nationwide catering operation, and over 120 employees, Nora’s ambition continued to drive her forward.

Visionary Leader in Hospitality and Real Estate
Anshu K. Jain is the Founder and CEO of Stealth Management Group, LLC and Tabla Franchise LLC, bringing over 25 years of operations experience to the table. As an active licensed real estate associate, Anshu oversees all facets of the company’s operations, including development, hiring, owner liaison, policy-making, budgets, renovations, sales and marketing, franchise relations, and consulting.
A graduate of The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business with a major in International Business and Marketing, Anshu has a deep-rooted expertise in the hospitality industry. His extensive experience in hospitality ownership encompasses ensuring operational standards, overseeing property sales efforts, coordinating renovations, managing all aspects of real estate development, securing financing, and developing bank packages and budgets.
Anshu's expertise lies in creating strategic partner relationships and providing both investors and owners with valuable and immediate solutions to the challenges and opportunities in today’s hospitality industry. His genuine leadership, coupled with a conservative growth approach and a strong emphasis on financial data and long-term asset positioning, has been instrumental in his success.

Under Anshu's guidance, Stealth Management Group has achieved licensure to manage Marriott, Hilton, Choice, and IHG hotels—a certification held by only a handful of management companies. Anshu has also completed the Marriott Above Property Executive Excellence Program, is a lifetime member of AAHOA, and serves on the Comfort Suites Development Committee with Choice Hotels.
